We are tracking the ultrafast dynamics in quantum materials with 10-15 s precision.

本研究组发展并运用包括时间分辨角分辨光电子能谱、时间分辨光学、时间分辨输运测量以及超快电子衍射等尖端超快实验技术,研究超导、拓扑、磁性、半导体等关联电子材料在受到超短脉冲、高强度且波长可调谐的激光激发后超快时间尺度上的动态演化过程,深刻理解其奇异物态的微观机制并探索超快激光对其调控诱导新物态。每年计划招收硕士生2名、博士生2名,欢迎感兴趣的本科生申请加入本课题组攻读硕士/博士学位。并且欢迎在超快激光技术、先进光电子谱学、低维材料薄膜输运表征、晶体/异质结外延生长等领域具有深厚积累的博士毕业生来本研究组进行博士后研究工作。

We are pioneering and utilizing ultrafast experimental techniques to study dynamic processes in complex materials at ultrafast timescales. Our methodologies include time- and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy, time-resolved optical spectroscopy, time-resolved transport measurements, and ultrafast electron diffraction. A central focus of our research is understanding how materials respond behaviorally and structurally after being excited by ultrashort, intense, and tunable laser pulses.
